Sam's Club Mastercard

I told myself I was only going to carry 1 Synchrony card (Lowes) in my wallet, but after seeing and hearing about the promo Sam's Club is running on gas and I shop there 3 - 4 times a month I guess temptation got the best of me. Approved for the Mastercard with a $3,000 credit limit. My Lowes credit limit was $5,000 so maybe that's a sign for me to stop poking the bear with Synchrony? No matter what, I am happy with the credit limit considering im still in rebuilding mode with my TU score at 635 (per Capital One) but Synchrony said my score is 750 (per my Lowes card) All I know is it's going in the right direction after a long rebuild process.  Cheers!

Used to love that card till they closed all the clubs in my area!

As far as Sync, up to 50K you should not be in their radar! Around 100K they start cutting some people off!

Also get your Fico Score! All other scores are irrelevant!

Thank you! I don't want nowhere near $50K with Synchrony, maybe $20K max (10K on Lowes and 10K on Sam's). I have read some horrid stories here about them closing accounts and I want no part of that. Thanks again for the info. (I really do need to get my real scores FICO)

Actually the posters 750 vs4 score from their Lowes card is probably what got them approved on the Sam's MasterCard as that is the score used by synchrony for underwriting so not always not relevant . Congrats poster . I earn so much Sam's cash with that card .
