Spring forward into DCU

So I have been on a little spree I guess. I have been reading about DCU for a while, and have been preparing to apply with them. Mainly trying to get their killer refi rate on my car. So I applied and opened a savings account online early this morning. Well that got the juices flowing!

I pulled the trigger on the Platinum Visa, instantly approved for $5,000.00 SL!

I had to upload my most recent pay stub, no biggie. That's my largest bankcard SL ever!

They pulled EQ not sure which yet, assuming mortgage 5 which is what everyone says. My most recent pull put it at 682 on the 16th

No negatives

10% utilization

Since that pull my utilization has gone down a little and my EQ8 has gone up.

I'll update if needed after they reach out to me this week😎

EDIT: Just got off the phone with DCU, membership for the savings was approved along with the Plat Visa @ 16.75% $5,000 SL

So far very smooth experience.

Edit: Set up online banking, my first fico score provided by DCU has EQ @ 674 this might be what they had at the time of approval

Congrats on getting the card Smiley Happy That 6% APR on the first 1K in savings is enticing.

Interesting -- I wonder what they require of the self-employed?

Congrats! on your approval. And thanks for the DPs -- good stuff.
