So you think you can nerf Prestige again, Citi? You think we'll just accept this?
Well, my new $20k CSR would suggest otherwise!

Also, Chase will definitely expedite your card to you if you call and ask. They are known for doing it for their higher end cards and they even did it for my apprentice CSP recently. Got it in two days

Thanks for the reminder, especially as I have upcoming travel! I was thinking it was automatically expedited, but I see 7-10 business days is the default.
I was told 3-5 business days. Nice if I have it in time, but not a big deal if not.
Here's what I do with Mr. Chase. You call and tell them:
"Hey, I just applied for [insert card name here] and was approved. I am going on a business trip/vacation/etc in the next couple of days and wanted to use my card on [said trip] so was wondering if you could overnight or expedite it."
They don't want to pay for overnight, but want the swipes, so they will normally do the 1-3 day expedite (depending on where you live). I have done this twice, even with my Amazon Prime Visa--which isn't even a high tier card I might add. So if you really want it for your vacation you can call back "just to confirm" you will get it on time
Regardless of what you do, you are already approved so you are already winning

3-5 business days was the improvement offered over 7-10. I said I was leaving late on the 4th business day, but no change.
I'm in CA, and the business day was over for most of the rest of the country when I called.
Booooo I'm in California too and it always seems to work. Hmmm, well fingers and toes crossed you get it in time. Regardless you will have a nice present waiting for you
