Good for you. Target is a different beast. They seem to serve a niche market.
Tarzhai customer's motto: "I would not be caught dead shopping at WalMart". I've got the nicest trailer in the trailer park. The vibe inside the store reminds me of several retail businesses who no longer exist, including Brendles, Service Merchandise, and now Toys-R-Us.
You don't come across families of 5 walking side by side looking in the air like zombies. As a matter of fact, you feel alone in every one I have been in.

Well, rumor has it that Amazon is looking into buying Target.
Just a matter of activity they see on the card, i think.

Yep, using the card could be a factor too. Before buying the TV, I used the card a lot to get my 5% discount. Wasn't carrying a balance, but lots of usage.
Mine started at $300 8 years ago and I'm just now getting to a $1500.00 CL.
They are very conservative!
Luckily I only use this card for purchases at Target because of the 5%.
