The bank that keeps giving

[UH_HUH]

 I had about a half an hour of free

time yesterday before going to bed, so 

ofcourse I used it to play with my credit.

I went to my BB&T website and checked

my pre approvals. Sure enough all three were there again.

I hit the app for the Cash Rewards and this time

it surprised me a bit. Instead of the normal $6,500.00

CL it was only $5,500.00 I accepted it.

Now I allready have two sets of three cards each with them,

$39,000.00 in CL's with them from one HP many months ago,now $44,500.00

they are now wanting to give me a third set, At this point it's more of

an experiment. I did not app for the other two cards. Maybe next time.

I am not advocating apping like this for anyone else. Just reporting 

credit data points so others can use them as they see fit.

Gotta get the kiddo up,

Uh oh😮 Thats gotta be a record lol. 7 cards from same lender . Enjoy your experiment. Hope its more Bill Nye than Dr Jeckle

Congrats... Going to be intrestesting when the merger finalizes between them and suntrust at the end of this year or early next year as got past anti-trust and approved by the gov't.  New card offering or buffed cards, etc.   We shall see.  I believe it was bb&t acquired suntrust if i am not mistaken?

Yes BB&T bought out suntrust to the tune of 66 billion... I wish I had just 1% of that

I beieve the merger was mutual between the two banks. Agreed upon share prices etc..etc.

First Horizon bank is buying some 30 banks to "mitigate the competitive effects"

of the merger. New bank will be called Truist and all branches will be changing over

to that name within two years.
