I've used it on non-Amazon purchases when I first got the card. I haven't put much spend on it lately. I was def surprised with the SL they gave me.

I just called the number on the back of the card. I wasn't expecting any auto increase from them esp with the SL they gave me but with the recent change regarding SP, I had to try. Good luck if you end up trying! I hope you get one.
