Congrats on the approval. I would definitely recon and see what they can offer. It may be worth taking the HP since you don't have many anyway.
Gave the backdoor number a call, they counter offered $3k, which is on par for my other cards. She said by law it was going to be a HP.
We'll see though, it's my last card for awhile, and I only have 2 HPs on my TU anyway so it shouldn't hurt. I'll keep this updated in the following days.

Congrats on the new Cash+ card! The 5% for utilities and soon to be cable/internet/streaming are great perks. The 2% everyday categories can be beat by others, but still an excellent card. Is your 0% apr for purchases or just bt? Mine came with the BT offer for 12 months and the same SUB after $500.It's 0% BT and Purchases for 12 months
You might want to double check that. Mine only has 0% on BT, and the current offer on their website only shows it on BT.

I distinctly remember it saying "Purchases and balance transfers within the first 12 billing statements" on the "offer" it had me accept after applying for the pre-approval. Even if it doesn't, makes no difference to me, I make sure to PIF anyway. I thought it was odd myself, as nowhere I've seen 0% on purchases for USB Cash+. We'll see when the paperwork comes in though, maybe it was just an internal typo of their system.
Hey AverageJoesCredit, would you elaborate on this? I'm rereading threads on US Bank specifically to uncover others thoughts and experiences. Thanks!
