Basically I burned US Bank in my 2010 BK and it's been a goal of mine to get back in. When the Cash+ went pending, I tried to get the Max Cash because I'm extremely impatient. It went pending too and I have been in limbo since last Monday. Check my email this morning and bam! Got them both!
$3K on each is better than the $2K I wanted and $500-$1K I actually figured I would get. Scores are in the signature. Anything else, feel free to ask but I provided most of it in the thread I linked. 
I have now come to the conclusion that between the $3K CLI I scored from BBVA and these two approvals that gardening for a year was absolutely worth it!
