Congrats neighbor (DMV). I too was eyeballing this card mostly with the intent of establishing a relationship with US Bank. I also want the Altitude card.

I applied in January and unfroze the bureaus for 24 hours. They took longer than 24 hours to pull so my accounts refroze. No dice. At some point, I’ll try again. Perhaps not though given this ridiculous double-pull process for a useable SL.

I may visit NYC soon. If I do, I’m going to open a Chase (they’re coming to DC soon) and US Bank checking/saving account (depending on the bonus).

I was told available credit isn't a problem. However, they don't like alot of new accounts.

Interesting.  I do have a lot of available credit but don't have a lot of new accounts.  Certainly not many in last 6-9 months.  If you go back 2 years, yeah but nothing very recently.  Maye there definition of 'recent' is different than mine :-/

Sweet recon🍾🎊🎉🎈.  I went through the same scenario. So far it’s been a good relationship with them. 

Ive heard some chatter awhile back about auto CLI at 6 mth mark.  Congrats.

Congrats! Same scenario here. $500 SL. Called with every intention of canceling the card and asked to speak with a credit analyst. Asked for $15k and he said he didn’t see it being an issue, but they aren’t able to make on-the-spot decisions. Called the automated line the next day and it was the full $15k I asked for. (This was just prior to the credit line actually showing for Visa Signature products on their app and website. At the time the credit line would just show — (two dashes).) No additional HP in my case. You said you spoke with a CSR, so I wonder if yours was considered a CLI request whereas mine was a reconsideration with an analyst? They’ve been good to deal with. I was in NYC and they called me for possible fraud. Somehow I bought a Sonic gift card and tried to make a booking on one of the OTAs. I assured them I was nowhere near a Sonic and was staying at a Marriott property and paying with a Marriott credit card (okay, SPG but they didn’t need to know that).

Irish80 nice going plus recon! Sometimes I wonder about the logic or lack therein of lenders? Congrats on working your way into US Bank. As others have said, once in US Bank is loyal!

Congratulations! They have been good to me with auto CLI. If your utilities is included next quarter, utilities is a 5% category!

Congrats on the CLI, and sorry for the DP.
I applied last week after getting a pre-qual on their site. First time customer and I too have my eyes on the Altitude. I've already asked my job to switch me to a Samsung Galaxy phone from the iPhone to get 3x points everywhere. Anticipation is killing me already.
Anyway, I was approved for 5k, but I called to ask for 10k. It was denied after UW review because I have too many new accounts (5 in the last 2 months). But they did not do a second pull. I'm shocked they hit you again for that. Maybe you can get it reversed if it bothers you that much.
