I got approved for the Amazon Visa card in October of last year. On March 22nd I got a Secure Message from Chase stating that my Card had been uprgraded to include Visa Signature Benefits as of March 18th and my card member agrement had been amended to include some legal terms. I also receieved a link to the Visa Signature Benefits for my review .
Fast forward to a month later and I have yet to recieve the actual card so I called Chase up. The representative I spoke to confirms that I do have the signature benefits on my card account ( signature concierge services, lost luggage reimbursement, travel accident insurance) etc., however he stated that the card itself will be mailed out until after January 2017.
Anyone ever heard of this? Having the benefits but not the card itself?
Oh and I just received a follow up email from Chase after my call reiterating my "Signature Benefits".

Dluvr22, After I received my message, I requested a replacement card. It came a week later with the new Visa Signature logo. So you do not have to wait until next year to get it.
