I decided that it's time to get a new monitor as my current one is starting to have some backlight flicker, which means it will probably kick the bucket soon.
I applied for BoA Customized Cash Rewards first because they've been harassing my inbox for months now trying to get me to get a new card. Since I already have the vanilla, I applied for the Susan G. Komen, since you are able to get the SUB on both. It spun forever and then said they need to verify my identity and that I could call with my application ID. Well, it didn't give me one, so I have to wait for the letter in the mail. Seeing how they didn't pull my credit though, it's probably safe to say it's just a glitched app at this point.
Since I plan to get my monitor this weekend, I needed something now. I decided to roll the dice on the Wells Fargo Reflect since my past Wells Fargo apps were instant approvals.
Instant approval again. $2K. Not the best but it fits my needs (monitor will be around $1K with taxes). Might call them tomorrow to ask them to move some of the limit from my Autograph though seeing how that card is largely unused. They gave me the option to add it to digital wallet with a temporary $1200 limit so I added it to Apple Pay since Micro Center takes it.
They pulled Experian. My FICO 8 was 787 at the time and my FICO 9 was 800. Price You Pay for Credit letter says 803. There's no reason listed why they didn't give me the lowest APR. Got slotted in at the highest ongoing APR after that 0%, 28.24%. Ouch. Won't be a keeper card anyway so it doesn't matter.
Didn't make it a full year without a new app after all but I was going to apply for a new card next month anyway. My goal was a card with 15-21 months of 0% on purchases and I got it.
Monitor acquired, just got done setting it up after getting back from Micro Center.

Apple Pay declined the first time, went through the second time.
Beautiful monitor, very happy.
@crystal626 Congrats on the Reflect approval and the new monitor! I'm also in the market for a new monitor and would consider a 34" UW 1440p, but I have limited space and have to keep my older 27"Odyssey G7 (1440p/240hz) around in the same space for work on the 2 days a week I'm at home. I can't fit both UW and the old monitor as I have no where else I can put them. What CPU/GPU combination are you using with it? I'm running a 9850X3D/RTX 5080 setup that I had microcenter assemble for me (don't have the space to easily build my own again).

Thanks!
I'm using a Ryzen 7 9700X/9070 XT combo, which is why I stuck with the same 3440x1440 as my previous monitor where things have been working very well with my hardware.
Having an OLED as my only monitor makes me somewhat nervous but I seem to be fine with the brightness set at 5-6% and I set my PC and Mac both to 1 minute sleep timeout and turned all the other OLED care features on from MSI so burn in risk probably won't be a big thing for me. I hear you on the desk space though. These monitors are huge.
I received an email today that my BoA application is under review along with my application number. I went ahead and put a lift on my freeze with all three bureaus since they haven't pulled me yet and we will see what happens. I might give them a call tomorrow.
I called Wells Fargo today and had no problem getting them to reallocate limits between my cards. This limit is now $4400, which brings my utilization under 25% with this purchase.
Nice work on the successful reallocation.
