manual request, spend was 20 - 40 pct of limit per month pif. scores are 670s - 680s, income 36000. last cli was 10/15/21 300 - 1800.

Overall not a bad limit for a one year old cap 1.

In my experience, Cap 1 dishes out very low CLI. I think 10% was my last one, which seems to match your experience as well.  They've denied me plenty of times and the reason (post credit clean up) is always do not spend enough. So I've grown the account mainly through driving spend, but it was still slow going.

Congrats though, keep at it and it will grow.

Actually 2k is an ok limit for my circumstances. i only have an income of 36000 and im retired.  have other 1.5 cb cards, navy cash rewards 9.7k cl, comenity mastercard 1k cl. my penfed pcr has a cl of 7.5k and 2 pct cb but i have a bt on it right now that i want to pay off first. my savor one has a cl of 3k and i use it a lot for groceries 3 pct cb. the target catrd has 5 pct off but a cl of only 700. the discover has a 3k cl and 5 pct rotating cats.

overall i never get anywhere near the limits of my cards and pay most of them in full. actually i am probably set with my lineup,, i'm slowly closing old cards, this month was fingerhut.
