I sent them a message asking about a CLI and they responded that they don't take customer requests but do review accounts "Up to 10 times a year"

WOW, that's a lot and makes me little upset I have not gotten an increase

Gettington loves me, for some reason. I don't remember what my starting limit was - maybe it was $500? Shortly, and I do mean "shortly" after, it was $1500....then $2400...now $3500. I think I've only had it for a year and a half...again, I don't remember because I don't use it much.

Nope...it's an online operation. Gettington is Fingerhut's "sister". The merchandise and pricing are better, IMO.
