60 or 61 Months Post Bankruptcy for Amex?

I used to love having an American Express card back in the day. I filed Chapter 7 in October 2014 and unfortunately had to file a Chapter 13 in August 2019. Next month will mark 60 months since the Chapter 13 and October will mark ten years since the Chapter 7. I've been able to get my Experian score up to 682 according to Experian.com

I've seen conflicting information about when American Express will consider someone post bankruptcy. I've seen some people say the anniversary date, some say the day after, and then some say a month after their anniversary.

It would be awesome to be an American Express customer again as early as next month. So when should I apply?

It's 61 months from date of filing, see this thread for discussion.
