AMEX 3x CLI question

I'm still a month away from even being able to ask for a CLI, but wanted to ask your guys' opinion on if I should wait on asking for a CLI or not.

About a month ago did a CC app spree and added a bunch of HP's to my reports (AMEX being one of them). My question is will this hurt me when asking for the 3x CLI from them?

Some extra info

My current scores are in my sig below.

Current AAOA is 1 year

HP's on Experian is 7, I don't know how many are on my other 2 reports as of right now.

No way to know if you should wait or not . I can tell you it never hurts to ask since it's a SP anyway and worst case you have to wait another 90 days to try again

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Is it only 90 days? I thought it was 6 months?

90 days if declined, six months if approved.

Re: AMEX 3x CLI question

I would say it is always worth trying. It isn't 3X or nothing since they counter, so you're scenarios are as follows:

A) declined, wait 90 days
B) countered for a smaller increase, wait 6 months
C) approved for 3X

Nothing bad happens in any of those scenarios, and you get an increase for an SP in the other two. No reason to wait, IMO.

In My Wallet: Amex BCP (12/12) $50,000, Chase Freedom (12/12) $16,500, Cap1 Quicksilver (6/12) $14,000, Barclaycard Rewards (5/13) $10,500, Citi Prestige (4/16) $30,000
