AMEX PRG Recon

I submitted an application for an Amex PRG card and it was declined, I did a recon on the 17th and it has been under review since then.  How long does this process normally take?  Any insight on the fact that it wasn’t automatically denied again?

MYFICO SCORES: 06/2013 = 697 (TU) - 06/2013 = 685 (EQ) - 06/2013 = 666 (EX)

Call them, the EO number are on the pinup.

Call app status. The website will not update for recons. It will be updated only after you call in and are notified of the decision.

Why were denied too many inqs/new accountants/ low score?

Ok I wasn't sure how that worked, but on the app status page it said they had the most up to date information.

I haven't received my letter yet, but I think the lady said low score.

It's just a stupid bug or the way the website is implemented. I don't think it was designed with recon in mind, or the analysts in charge of recon simply just don't update it.

Call them and speak to them about the decision. Once you do, you will notice that the website is updated.
