As others have mentioned, continue to use your current cards with decent spend, and you should have no problems.
After my 2nd AmEx card where I put little spend after getting the bonus (but still with more spend on my first card), AmEx put me in no-bonus jail for like 2 years which didn't get removed until I finally had a trip that put fair amount of spend on my 2nd AmEx (Delta Platinum).
