Is there a location in your AMEX account ( whether online or in the app) that you can see what your SUB is and how close you are to meeting it?

Not that I've found, but a quick chat with an agent can get that information for you.

If it is a Platinum, it should have the spend meter to show your progress towards the $75k spend for complimentary Centurion Lounge guests. It should have the same spend qualifications. Of course, you should double check that your spend is valid to earn the SUB.

True. But that will have limited value if a minimum spend period stretches over late 2021 and early 2022.

No... most card issuers don't give you any kind of tracker to help you meet your signup bonus.
