No, you only have to wait 30 days from your last Rejection.....if you are approved you can apply for another card.
Thank you for the clarification on this!
Well I went ahead and applied for the BCE online, at the end it said pending and to wait up to 14 days. I immediately went to the application status page where it shows Zync - Approved, BCE....APPROVED!!! Thanks guys... now hopefully it will only be 1 pull. Any reason they werent allowed to tell me my FICO score when apping for Zync? I thought they provided the score.
I wouldn't worry, your BCE might send you a letter in a few days with your score.
Congrats.

Congrats !! I think that creditors are only required to disclose a score if they decline you, or if they give you less favorable terms due to your credit.
You might get a letter in a few days like FrugalRican suggested...

The first gentlemen gave me the # 800-567-1083 in case the call was dropped and transferred me to the new accounts department. It looks like the same number posted in the backdoor # post under app status. Hope that helps!
I called that same number after it showed me approved for the BCE and the guy confirmed I was approved for a $2k starting limit, my highest yet!
Use it wisely and you could get that upped to 6K in 61 days from today.
And make sure you look at the packs for the Zync that you could actually put to good use.
Sweet, thanks for the info! Now I'm debating if I should even activate the Zync once I receive it. Like I said my main goal was the BCE to begin with and I apped for the Zync just to build a relationshp with Amex. But since I got approved for the BCE right after I'm not so sure of the benefits of activating Zync AND BCE. I figured opening 2 new cards will drop my AAoA a bit unless anyone can convince me Zync is worth keeping. Any thoughts appreciated
You're a student. (How old are you?)
If you are younger than 25, I really wouldn't worry about your AAOA for now. This will help out in the long run.
Plus there are categories you can use the Zync for that are better than the BCE. And as far as your memberdate, AMEX only knows you as USF: Member since 2012
Well the AF for ZYNC is only $25, which you can easily recoup, so it might be worth keeping both. I have no idea if the ZYNC will still show on your credit reports if you cancel it rather than activatin.....
