Go for the Nordstrom card. Its a great card to have!
unless you want to risk extended play in 'low limit hell' zone Iet your next app be for a card where you've a fair shot at a higher limit than what you already have, ie. a CU card or something like Nationwide, State Farm perhaps if any of their cards suit your spending profile. Nordstrom is another great option as well but not sure how they would work with a thin file on initial CL, they're great about CLIs every 4 mos or so.
capital one, chase an option? or do you think going for a store card, is enough, I am already in the door with Discover More card, wich is am excited about already.
bestbuy usually have small CL'S?
You may want to look into this thread;
Depending on where you live your choices are Krogers,Ralphs and a few others
Krogers looks like it doesnt report to the major credit bureaus?
I have a chase card, cap1 and a BB store card. The other day I posted about getting a decent CLI one the BB. My starting limit on my BB was 3.6k then increased up to 4.7k.
Odd that Discover would give a $750 CL with your income and score.
Give State Farm Bank a try. I love 'em. They pull TU.

I'd imagine they tend to be conservative with thin file apps.
