I can also confirm receipt of a rewards adjustment with a 0X earn rate. My amount of adjusted points is correct.
Edit to say: I also received a postal mail letter today which looks to be indentical in content to the email I received a few days ago. That email acknowledged the technical issue with mobile wallet rewards.
Here is an update. I just received a letter by mail from US Bank, saying that all the impacted users would receive the missing 2x points within the next 2-3 weeks.
I hope that they would honor they words, since they were saying similar things in the past 4 months...

Are you looking in the Rewards section? The points are pending so won't show up in your balance until the current statement closes.
No pending rewards yet.
I just looked at my pending points and have a small adjustment pending but all of my current statement purchases (exclusively international and airport parking mobile wallet purchases) are listed as 1X. Hopefully they will get this straightened out without the need for me to call them later. I did receive both the email and the letter by mail.

I did not. I have quite a bit of travel coming up (where this card shines and gets most of its use), so even though the email and letter essentially say they suggest doing it but it will get resolved either way, I should probably go ahead and do it anyway, right?
