Am I thick? I can't find the chat feature for the Amazon Store card.

Hi All, 

Can someone help me find where the chat feature is on the amazon store card?  I see no option for chat when I log into syncbank.com/amazon.  I must be missing something.

Your not nuts sometimes its there and then other times it not I just keep clicking to different pages until it pops up somewhere

it appear monday to friday during the day , at least in my case.

Yeah, most likely isn't there because they're closed. Some websites don't show chat feature if it's after hours.

Chat feature is usually on most synch cards m-f during regular business hours, though ive seen it at times till like 7pmish

Thanks everyhone, I finally saw it today.  FYI I was approved for $400 on Friday, and used chat today (the Monday after) to request a CLI.  I asked for 2k limit, provided income, and waited about a minute.  He came back to tell me I had been approved for $2000k CL.  Sweet!  I was going to buy a laptop with cash, now I will just charge it and PIF.  Does it matter if I PIF right away or wait a little bit to carry a balance?

Also FYI Scores as of 4/11 When I applied:

EXP:  671

EQ: 681

TU:  668
