AmEx not showing all cards when logged in

So strangest thing. I was attempting to a comparison of the different Delta cards for a friend and found that the website will not show me any Delta card except the Blue card when I'm logged into to my account. However, if I look in incognito mode they all appear. Not sure what's going on there. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Have you cleared your cookies from your browser?

I have. When I clear my cookies and history, all 19 cards show up. Then once I've logged in there are only 14. The following cards are missing:

Delta Gold
Delta Platinum
Delta Reserve
Blue Cash (regular, not everyday)
Green charge card

I knew about the Blue Cash (original) card not showing except via incognito mode but the others are head scratchers for me for not showing up when you log in. Might just be a glitch on AMEX's side in this case. Have you tried another browser just to double check?

I've tired other browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and different computers! Is a bit strange. Not sure what's going on here.

I’ve had this happen to me. My best guess is that it’s a marketing thing and they are trying to steer you towards cards that have low signup numbers at the moment.

My login changes the number of cards I see probably every other day -- from 18 cards to 12, to 13 to 16 back to 18 or whatever.

If I click "Apply" on any of them to see if I am preapproved, that card may disappear for a week or two the next day.

Right now I think I see all the cards, but a week ago I only saw 12. My FICO8 EX was 710 in November when I got back in with Amex and is 706 today (according to Amex). Pre-approved for all of their credit cards but doesn't show preapproval text on any of the charge cards.

I did some digging today and was pre-app'ed for 17 our 17 when I followed the Apply links. We'll see if they all disappear tomorrow

I have the same issue.. I have a theory. Once your logged in, you will only see cards you would actually qualify for. May not be, but it seems that way to me
