I'm sure they will. Just give them a call and tell them you've been a loyal customer and will talk highly of them on the MyFICO forums.
Seriously though, I love AMEX customer service. They've always been good to me.
I was just going to make a post about this but I will tag on to yours.... I was on the phone with them yesterday talking about my ED account. Then I had a question about my Delta and they transferred me to someone else who after answering my question just gave me 500 miles for being a good customer. I know that is not a lot but wow, it make a impression. I continue my love affair with Amex.

hahahhaha well let us know how it works for you

I only have a $50 balance on there right now. Headed shopping quick first and then I'll make my call. Thanks for putting in the kinds words for me.
In my experience, I've always found Amex to have the best cardmember experience when you use their cards "as intended." For instance, I recall one of the first to app and utilize the Zync (still one of my favorites) for the dining pack. Some issue caused a bonus not to post, and the CSR credited me $100 and said, "sorry for the inconvenience, and please have lunch on us."
No other issuer would have done that in a similar position.
