I was approved for an Amazon Store Card on 1/2/16 and have just received my 3rd billing statement. I've noticed no LUV button on my screen and live chat isn't available despite being during their service hours. Am I eligilbe for a CLI at this point? I know calling Credit Solutions is the best option but since there's no LUV button I'm wondering if I'm even eligible. All my other Sync accounts have a LUV button.

It certainly is. I have actually have a whopping $1.05 credit on my account after getting my first statement credit.
Go for it, call Credit Solutions. Worst they can say is no.
I have had 4 CLI's. One given, 3 through CS. I just now have the Luv button and the chat option. Give em a call.

That's the only way you're gonna know where you stand right now with them.
That will tell you for sure if they expect more time to pass first or not.
Believe it or not, yesterday was the FIRST TIME EVER that India Solutions actually said a yes to me for a CLI.
Sounded like they hated to say it but something made them (Computer?)

Does anyone know if it's a SP or a HP? I'd prefer a SP because my EX and EQ are heavy with inquiries while TU could probably take the hit.

And they most exclusively go off a SP from TransUnion so no worse for wear on that try.
I dont see a luv button either, does it appear only after a certain time?
