American Express RSVP code solid?

I got a buisness offer with a RSVP number in it, are these reliable at all?

Its a charge card so no interest rates to go off of to try and see if its real.

Do not rely on prequals, offers, invites, etc.  It doesn't matter how "solid" anyone claims them to be.  They're just marketing.  Even if it is based on an SP whether or not you qualify depends on the shape of your credit profile versus what it looked like at the time of the SP.  If you want to try to sort it out then pull your report directly from the CRA so you can view SP's.  See if you can determine what, if anything changed since then.
