Saw this offer at the top of my Amazon cart. $25 off $50 or more when you pay at least partially with MR points. It says it's targeted. I don't have any MR yet, but from what I've read elsewhere you only have to use 1 point for the offer to work.

Interesting I wonder how folks get targeted for this offer? Do you have you AMEX enrolled as one of your payment cards on Amazon?
Yes, I have my PRG as a payment method. I imagine you have to have an MR-earning card added for the offer to show up. It does say you can't have redeemed points on Amazon in the past 24 months, but I don't know why you would have unless there was some sort of reward for it.

Of course I shop at Amazon all the time and don’t have this offer across 7 Amex cards :-/
Upon seeing this post, I went and checked my Amazon account. I have a deal on Fire Tablets.
Would much rather have the deal on the discount, but for reference:

Me either on 5 cards. I wonder if those of us with Synchrony/Chase Amazon cards automatically get excluded anyway? (Edit: OP's signature answers this question. The answer is no.) The amount of data points that can be gained from the crowd on this forum is insane since many of us have multiple cards from many lenders. LOL
Also, just throwing it out there as a precautionary tale... under normal circumstances, using MRs for Amazon purchases is horrible value at 0.7 cents per point.
Yeah, I never use points for shopping cart redemptions. But if it were free boosted value, it could be worth it.
I'm waiting on them to do a Amex/MR/Amazon promo for the new Echo's ![]()
I think this is a direct link to the offer page, so maybe you can use it to see if you qualify?

Thst's an invitation only code. Doesn't do anyone else good unless they have the same invitation.

Tried the link, and it worked. Seems I am invited.
