I got a BCP March, 2022. In April, 2022, I got an offer for delta platinum sky miles. I took it. When am I eligible for a CLI on either card?

Eligibility for the first Amex CLI on a card seems to be YMMV these days. Historically, eligibility has been 61 days after card opening but that timeline does seem to be extended for some cardholders these days. You can ask, and then if denied, the letter would state if it were due to a timeline issue or a profile-related issue. The only firm rules would be that if you are denied for a CLI on any Amex account you must wait 91 days prior to being eligible for a customer-initiated CLI on the same or any other Amex account, and if you are approved for a customer-initiated CLI on any Amex account you must wait 181 days prior to being eligible for a customer-initiated CLI on the same or any other Amex account.
