What is the SUB on offer? So on Amex it's:
35,000 miles after you use your new Card to make $1,000 in purchases within the first 3 months† and a $50 statement credit after you make a Delta purchase with your new Card within your first 3 months.†
And while booking on Delta it's:
Earn a $250 Statement Credit and 25,000 Bonus Miles after spending 2,000 in 3 months. The statement being applied to the purchase.
I would keep trying in incognito mode until you get a better offer. Ask friends and family who are Amex cardholders to send you referral links and scroll down to all card offers to see if something better appears. It's not unusual for 60,000 or more mile offers to be available for that card. Miles are typically worth a minimum of 1.2 cents so that's a big difference. In the two cases you show above, the Delta weebsite offer is certainly better. Even in my own Amex account, I'm being offered this and I already have 3 Delta cards:

Thanks for advice. I'll definitely keep checking! On a related note, I did also see an offer for Amex Gold Charge Card for 50,000 points for spending $2,000. Is that a decent offer?

Not PrioryMan's fault. Somehow OP's post (#12 above) went into the spam quarantine. I've restored it.
Also 50k Membership Rewards for a Gold Card is certainly a good offer.

I know it isnt. The OP mentioned they had another link for the Amex gold at 50k, and asked if it was a good deal. I answered I thought it was.
Did I miss read something?

@Priory_Man No. Somewhere between your reply and @NRB525 seeing your reply, the post you replied to went into the spam quarantine. So he just saw a lot of talk about the Delta Gold then your comment on the Amex Gold. No one is at fault here!
At the time he saw your reply it looked like you were replying to my 50k SkyMiles Gold offer since the post in the middle disappeared.
