Same problem here.  The site doesn't respond after entering login info.

How about paying by phone?  I've been able to do that even when the website wouldn't allow me to pay because no payment was due.

I'm still not able to.  If the site returns at all it just takes me back to the login screen.

Yeah it's down for me as well, it just hangs after i enter my password and doesnt go anywhere after a 2mins then i just closed it

Maybe I'm routed different since I'm logging in from Europe(but I use the US site).
