I was wondering, for those of you who ordered a replacment card card online through account services -> card managmnent. After recieving your card does the "replacment status" page stay frozen and the stay the same for you? When does this page refresh? so you have options to re-order replacments again etc. I got my card nearly 3 weeks ago, but that replacment status page still says YOUR CARD IS ON THE WAY, with the tracking number (obvivously it says delivered already). It just never seems to be refreshed lol. Anyone notice this or mind checking theirs to see if its stuck on that page too?

Mine says "On The Way" as well... I got mine about the same time you got yours, so... Glitch?
I did an upgrade from BCE to BCP end of Dec and it's back to normal. Even thought he card # stayed the same went through the activation process anyway just for giggles.

thanks for the reply. So I guess im not the only one. Not sure if its a glitch, I'm assuming and hoping Amex's site will eventually update and refresh that "replacment status" page even though we all got our cards weeks ago.

I'm talking about the page where it tells you detail about the status of your card replacment. The page whrere it shows you request date, delivery date, tracking number, and also says ON THE WAY" up top. That page has been there for a couple weeks now, even though people have already recieved their metal replacment cards in the mail already.
That's the page I was looking at under card management.

What I'm saying is that it takes awhile to clear. I stopped looking at it after I got the card. It didn't clear immediately but, it should once you confirm the new card.

thats the point, I been confimred the new card and recveived it already and used it, for weeks now. That screen is still there lol. Oh well....no big deal. Just a little pet peeve i was bugged about lol.
The screen resets usually 30 days after the expected arrival of your card. It will change from "Status" to "Order Replacement" (or some verbiage like that).
