Amex not reporting correct statement balance

My statement balance is $100.00.

After current month's statement Amex initially reported statement balance $100.00 then after 2 weeks reported 0 statement balance again.

I see this on TU and EX.

What can I do here?

Maybe just a bug in the system. Im not sure what you could do except for waiting till the next cycle.

Another strange thing I see is that in my EX and TU reports I see little square with OK from Jun/2011 only. I have this account from 2007, never late and I used to see box with OK from last 24 months.

EQ report looks correct.

Issue is first Amex reported correct statement balance and then update account again in 2 weeks with 0 balance.

Where am I late?

Maybe they do overnight updates when you bring the balance to $0 in the statement cycle, I know my GE Walmart card does that
