Amex pre Qualify offer Error in the name section

My daughter just tried applying for a Amex platinum  and checked the pre-qualify and she has an offer for one 125,000 points 

Now after putting her first and last name by the application to applying it  keeps coming up The information provided does not match our records which is strange

on the name section 

We tried a few times is there anything that could be done?

Is she currently an AmEx cardholder or first time applicant?  Do y'all share the same PC or device?

She was over 15 years ago a Amex card holder ,

tried on different devices it didn't change the problem

Update she managed ans was approved it's was her first name was spelled diff 15 years ago
