I was approved for Amex BCE $5k 11/2014.Will being approved for another Amex increase my AAoA (it's 1.6yrs)? I was planning on apping in 90 days since I was just denied cli due to Account being opened to recently
& these other various pieces of info:
Fico Score. 698
Customer length 2 mos
Derogatory public record on file
Debt w/other creditors relative to available credit;
assuming this relates to my new $25k auto loan
All off which is completely understandable.

Bolded would be my guess for denial, if that is your question?

If you apply in 04/2015 the account will show an open date of 04/2014. That would actually drop your AAoA at that time although not by much. Amex will many times give a CLI after 60 days so the reason for denial was probably a combination of all the factors you listed.

Not enough info. Did the BCE set your MSD or do you have a different MSD? How many accounts do you have? Is the BCE the "another AmEx" you're referring to or are you thiking of applying for another in addition to the BCE?
You can do the math yourself as well to determine what your AAoA would be.
