Probably... at least I got a $500 gift card out of all this. very thankful I did that yesterday and didnt save up the points like I normally do. 

As for my HHonors points, I still have them in my HHonors rewards account. can Amex take these back? Should I be cashing these out for gift cards so I dont loose them? 

$150 in gift cards beats zero HHonors points.

I think your HHonors points should be ok since they were already credited to your awards account prior to all this, but I've never gone thorugh this so I can't say for sure. As for getting the accounts reinstated, this will be tough, but if you call them and PIF what you owe there could be a chance (a slim one though). You'll probably have to have a good explanation for those Paypal charges though, because I believe this is the reason your cards were cancelled as opposed to just having your charging privileges suspended. I had 156 MR points  after spending the 50K MR on a 500 gift card yesterday. I used it at home depot immediately. 

Now, I have like 90K HHonors points in my HHonors account. Are these in danger?

Paypal is a known conduit for fraud. That is the primary reason for Amex not liking Paypal.

But any MR and cashback left are gone sorry 

This is their way of getting some redemption and sad to say it will be awhile before Amex will take you back if they ever do 

This 100k Plat thing is bad and we may see new rules and policing from this ....trust me

Next to the paypal transactions it says most of my name so theres pretty much no getting out of this. I have two paypal accounts and paypal must know they are both mine as my social is on both. One for paypal credit one for paypal mastercard. 

I send money to myself if I ever need to using a credit card, its cheaper than a straight up cash withdrawl(and also has no limit like a cash withdrawl limit)  and can also be used to meet spend requirments. 

I guess I got burned hard.
