Any luck converting QuickSilverOne to QuickSilver via online chat?

On a sidenote, I really miss how capitalone does not give your credit score from Equifax when you ask for a credit limit increase and they send you a denial letter. Looking over my past documents, it seems like they quit doing that a few months back. It would never say FICO score but Equifax score ranging from 300-850 and the score used was never anywhere near my FICO, it was always A LOT higher. Maybe its their internal scoring? I did notice capitalone softpulled my experian report yesterday, so maybe they will have an offer for me next week when I check back in, haha.

I am trying this again today, via EO email.

Last time I tried they told me the only way to get WMC was to reapply for a new card.

Current CL 3k, on my QSOne with AF permanently waived

Asked for 5k and conversion to Quicksilver WMC.

Got a call back today from a rep at the EO

He explained to me that my current CL < 5000 disqualifies me from being able to convert to WMC

He then submitted my CLI request to 5k

I guess if the CLI goes through for the full amount

I will try for the conversion again.

Well, they only saw fit to bump me up to 4k. Guess I'll try again in 6 months :/

I tried to product change and the woman on the phone said it wasn't possible because it is two different cards

My two cardsd began life as Orchard Bank cards...when Cap One took over both of my cards went to QS One...I did a PC to QS for both and my Visa is a siggy...$5000 but my MC remained platinum for under $5000 threshold...it does not hurt to ask and to be persistent with calling back if a rep says it cannot be done...
