Annual Fee?
Total charges in the period x 3% or similar minimum payment terms? ( irrespective of amounts paid to date )
Over Limit?
I doubt calling will result in "we raised your minimum payment from $xx to $XXX but instead the identification of the components making up this specific Minimum Payment unicorn.
And pay it on time, which I am sure you will do, regardless of any Call or Not Call choices.
Plenty of reasons why this could've happened:
-Last payment was received after the due date so last month's minumum (plus fees, etc.) was added to this month's minumum;
-Balance transfers or checks posting, the flat fees are due upfront as part of the minimum;
-Cash advances could've posted, the flat fees are also due upfront.
Since all we see is the rough "Payment Information" box, and not the detailed "Account Summary" box we don't really know.
I haven't had a chance to call yet, but I can quickly answer some of the above questions:
1. I almost always PIF every month, and I'm never late. I'm a hawk.
2. Annual fee hit in January, so it's not that
3. There are no other fees associated with the account
I'll call tomorrow and keep you all updated.

Ok, that's descriptive
What amount are you planning to pay on the card for the due date?
For myself, I would be paying at least the "glitch" minimum payment amount. Glitch or not, the computers don't have a soul and may not care.
I pif every month
