Anyone get approved for Ever Bank Rewards Credit Card?

Curious if anyone had applied for the Ever bank rewards credit card?

Apparently you must be an existing checking account customer to apply, which sounds similar if you want a credit card with a credit union, you must sign up for a savings or checking account first. This seems to be true as I signed up with Navy Federal Credit Union membership, and then applied for their gorewards card, and got approved for it.


Anyway ....

Any one got approved for Everbank Rewards Credit card?

Never heard of this bank. Is it regional?. The name must of took alot of brainpower to create lol

While it has offices in FL and NY, it is also an internet bank, I've been a customer for several years.   This year though it was acquired by TIAA-CREF, and eventually the Everbank name may go away   

ETA: never had the credit card, not sure what the attraction is

Yep, that lender is or was out of Jax FLORIDA and about a year ago i myself considered them when this forum was doing seek and find missions but decided against it but only because i had second thoughts since they were more regionally focused and other lenders were chugging along just peachy as it was.

Well it's supposed to be a relationship benefit as a thank you for doing business with them. I think

yeah it's not as big like Chase or Bank of America, but it does exist. They are an internet bank I've heard with offices in New York and Florida.

It says on the page either with Everbank or with their parent TIAA.

They had a plain credit card, and now they have added scorecard rewards to it.   Scorecard rewards are used by lots of credit unions and generally not very exciting.
