While it has offices in FL and NY, it is also an internet bank, I've been a customer for several years. This year though it was acquired by TIAA-CREF, and eventually the Everbank name may go away
ETA: never had the credit card, not sure what the attraction is
Yep, that lender is or was out of Jax FLORIDA and about a year ago i myself considered them when this forum was doing seek and find missions but decided against it but only because i had second thoughts since they were more regionally focused and other lenders were chugging along just peachy as it was.

It says on the page either with Everbank or with their parent TIAA.
They had a plain credit card, and now they have added scorecard rewards to it. Scorecard rewards are used by lots of credit unions and generally not very exciting.
