Synchrony, hunh? That just reinforces my "fruit is for eating, not computing" beliefs and makes me glad I never tried to get that card.

Anything would be better than Synchrony, and I could see Visa using its fintech to change Apple Card from Mastercard.

This amused me because when I go into an Apple store and ask for the top of the range iPhone and macbook, and explain that I can't pay for them, they don't say "Oh, that's OK!"
Which bank are willing to take people with low credit score 🤔 I don't think Apple will find a bank is willing to take a risk.
Yikes..If it is Synchrony im closing. Is it for sure both the credit card and the savings account that is being dropped or just the credit card? Would like to leave the savings alone but will close too if parameters change.
looks like this will be a 2025 deal - so i am going to keep going with the 3% on apple stuff and growing the Savings acct until they decide who it will be
i will not be keeping it if it is Sync - comenity - barclays
@Scottisthename hahah i thought i saw you or someone say yes this yesterday somewhere
goldman is also in the biz of buying and selling stocks and hedging... they buy and SELL assets. They don't want to OPERATE lol
If this happens, I'm definitely closing my card.
They already altered the deal and asked to prey they don't alter it any furhter when they started forcing carrier activation with iPhone financing. If they alter the deal further, it'll be the last time.
