So when can we expect your approval thread and the death of that placeholder in your signature? 😂

hahaha.... Dude, i just don't know.   I decided not to go for AoD afterall...   They emailed me about my EQ being locked -- unable to approve membership til I unlocked -- and that gave me way too much time to contemplate.   I really don't want another HP on EQ because EQ 8 is still lagging ~20 points behind the others.  And since AoD didn't even exist in my world until recently I just don't have a strong enough desire for the card at the moment to say F it.  Is membership a HP? Because I'll become a member now if it's an SP...  and then maybe get the card later (if it's still available - and if not, oh well).   I'm in some weird space right now where I'm pretty satisfied creditwise....  and I don't know how to handle it.

They will actually HP you for the membership. I dunno, you worked hard to clean up your profile. I would put it to use for a unicorn card but I respect your resolve not to apply.

As for your score, your EQ8 tells me you probably have an EQ5 higher than mine and I got the card at 8.99%.

My current EQ 5 is 711.   Before my util increase (balance transfer) it was around 730ish I think.  I also have multiple cards reporting (small balances).

I mean... you're right of course... I should use my profile to my benefit.  And one of my EQ inquiries will become unscoreable in May so I'll be back where I am now inquiry wise... but then I'll have the new account and EQ hates me having new accounts...  EQ is a freaking bully.   I just want it to be a bit more in line with the other 2... that's all.

I'm still thinking about it... haven't set my mind on a solid 'no, I'm not applying'...

Wonder if it's being rolled out across time zones. I'll check after 9pm

Same here. I see nothing.

Yeah this is cool, but gives me pause.

How do I qualify for all of these cards when I'm at max exposure for Navy Fed?😂 I guess they forgot to write that algorithm into the system.Screenshot_20200424-232324.jpg

Unfortunately pre qualify doesn't take max exposure or dti into account. Would be nice if it was only a sp. Guess we'll find out soon.

It has to be taking DTI into account because it straight up asked me my income and rent. There's no point in asking that if they're not looking at ability to pay.

Yea I hadn't actually looked at the tool when I made that statement although going through it now I still think it's bogus. Love how they boldly remind you that you still may be denied lol.Screenshot_20200424-224718_Chrome.jpg
