So I missed 2 card payments paying off my girlfriends debt on her CSP so my credit took a big hit last month, she offered to add me on to her CSP and SPG Amex along with every card that allows it (CL 62,500, total of 7 cards) Will this help my credit tremendously?, also will it disqualify me from Chase due to 5/24?.

Re: Authorized users

It'll help boost your scores of your UTIL drops and/or your AAoA increases dramatically. Whether or not will outweigh the missed payments remains to be seen. And yes that would disqualify you from Chase due to 5/24.

Re: Authorized users

Yes Chase count AU accounts as a NEW ACCOUNT and it will disqualify for CSP . Your RECENT lates alone will most

likely disqualify you also. I wouldn't get added as AU on her cards. What's the point ? Is this suppose to be a "oh let me make it up to you"

( for you paying off my debt and forgetting to pay your own bills)

your choice , but no need to when you have your own accounts established.
