I just push my payments with bill pay from my bank. It’s no big deal to me.

I thought I was the only one annoyed by this. That said, I cautiously optimistic that things will be better under Truist.

The only reason I use my BB&T card is for the 2% cash back on utilities. Otherwise, it is also sock drawered.
