BBVA Card/App Question

Hey guys, for the first time I'm not sure what happened but I went to go get some gas and I used my bbva card as there is a promotional for the month of July. Everytime that I swipe the BBVA card I would get a notification of transaction, however I didn't and I checked the app and website to see if there was a transaction but there isn't. And I got $25.01 worth of gas. What should I do? Thanks.

Some gas stations do a preauth on your card when you pay at the pump to make sure the card is valid and it may take till the batch closes or tomorrow for it to show up.

I’ve had this happen with several gas stations, on a couple of different cards. Sometimes it’s is a couplathree days before it shows up.

Not sure why but this promotion hasn't worked for me at all, even though I got the targeted email and did everything I was supposed to do.

Too bad I could have been getting 4% back with other cards instead I am getting nothing because of this promotional offer.

Have you tried calling them and speaking to a CSR?
