Here's acutal footage of Barclays deciding who they're going to CLD:
That is funny.
Barclays is known to balance chase customers. You are either on their good side or bad side. I swear no middle ground exists and moving from good to bad is easy. Moving fro bad to good is an act of congress and three miracles.
I completely stopped using my Barclay Arrival + It will be downgraded sometime today and put away.
What if they offer a bonus for keeping it? I will report back
What if i can't downgrade? I will loose $12.5k in CL

As I said in my original post I called and spoke with an analyst and she was the one who kept giving me vague reasons and they could not reinstate my limit due to my "overall debt picture". I specifically requested a review of the account to get it reinstated, she asked me a few questions like income amount, put me on hold for a moment and then said sorry she couldn't do anything. Total waste of time.

Yeah, that's what I keep seeing.. ugh. I really would have reconsidered opening an account with them had I known this 3 years ago. I think I'm going to have to tell them goodbye very soon.
Its always interesting to see the types of people that get CLDs and balance chased... When I first got my Rewards card, I didn't know about how schizophrenic they are... I think I got three or four new cards within three months of that approval, and I saw no action taken by Barclays. I've done large payments, balance transfers, leaft largish balances for months, with no AA.
Then I see people here who seem to be much more well-behaved than I getting CLDs.
Truly bizarre!
