Just an FYI, I've had my card for just under 6 months when I got the CLI.
WOW im not worthy LOL. I really thought I was going into gardening mode 3 months ago when I scored the two signature cards.
But then between the high CL credit cards reporting as flexible spending card (By the way, what kinda hooie is that !) and not reporting the CL, and then seeing the love button appear along with seeing this post................whew..... out of breath lol.
I said what the heck, I know they will report the CLI if I got one.
So it was more or less self serving, just reporting the results
I hit the Luv button and got the 7-10 day message. I received the letter in the mail stating the reason i was denied a CLI was because of deliquency (last 30 day late was 2-1/2+ years ago on 3 accounts when I switched jobs), previous to those was another 2+ years. I received this Frontier Airlines card shortly after these 30 day lates, with a $750 CL, and it's never gotten any luv from Barclays. I just recently (4-6 months or so) received an Airtran card from Barclays with a $4500 limit courtesy of the Backdoor number. Can I Recon a CLI through the Backdoor?
Doesnt hurt...... Thats how I got the card in the first place. I got declined the first time online,

- Was at $1500 CL. 0 balance for a couple of months.
- Asked to double CL to $3000.
- Got new CL of $2700. (I'll take it!)
- Hard pull on TU (I checked my Amex CreditSecure report right after getting the CL increase). I had only one other credit card inquiry (hard) showing on my TU since my initial Barclay's inquiry 7 mos. ago.
Just logged in to check the account ... CLI went up another $1200 in two days (AUTO increase after LUV BUTTON increase of $1200 two days ago (see above). $2400 total CLI! ($3900 total credit line now)
Another boost to utility! (Best thing this card can do b/c of its 22%+ APR ... ouch ... but they do run great 0% Apple promotions on it though, periodically.)
Sweet, so in theory, I could still get an auto cli along with the luv button
Im only at 18.24%
UPDATE Here is some strange stuff, I saw in the thread this happened to someone else.
The hard hit has been removed from Transunion. I have to wait another week to see if the Experian Hard hit was removed also.

The hard will come back.
If it does, maybe the auto CLI will come too
Raised from $1200 to $4200. Hard on TU.
