I am trying to figure out if I should app for Barclays. My TU fico is at lest 651 and climbing. I have only one collection account and one chargeoff. I have an AU reporting for 10K. No inquiries whithin the last year. Do I stand a chance?
Yea I think I may just wait. I do not wanna risk a hard pull. Im gonna work on getting rid of that collection account and get as close to 700 as possible. plus I was recently approved for the Amex BCE 15K and Bank of America Cash Rewards 3K. So I gonna try to grt rid of that collection and let those cards hit and my score should go way up hopefully. Thanks for the advice.
Yeah wait until 700 and removed collections for sure.

Depends on what card you're going for. You may have a decent shot with Apple Rewards.
My friend was approved for an Arrival + with a $7K credit line. He had a 650 TU score with several paid charges and collections from 5 years ago and had to recon.
I was around 660-670 and was approved for $2k Barclaycard Rewards at 24.something% in Nov. However, this seems to not be offered anymore.
Is the apple rewards easier to get? I haven't heard that one before.
YMMV, but I will share my Barclays data points:
7/27/16 Approved NFL Extra Points Visa, $3500 SL, TU 603, 2 inquiries on TU (already had Student Loan, Credit One $600, Cap1 QS $3000, Discover $1000)
11/23/16 Approved jetBlue Plus WEMC, $4000 SL, TU 655, 3 inquiries on TU (already had the above, plus Victoria's Secret $500, NFL Extra Points Visa)
BK was DC Nov '15, and BK is the only baddie in my file, no lates, charge offs, collections, etc.
You might want to establish more credit history first, maybe Cap1?
Good luck whenever you decide it's the right time.
