OP, PCing your card may be worth a try....
No problem at all.
My CL moved pretty fast with Barclay, I did take a HP to go from $2600 to $5000 though because I did some credit line moving when I bought my iMac on a Barclay Apple Visa. I started at $2000 between two cards and now I'm at 7k I'm happy with that.
OP how long have you had your Barclay account?
Since 2009.
My CL is 7.5K.
In the first few years, they'd do increases every 6 months. But since I stopped using them, except for the occasional small purchase, they stopped doing increases. They love to see usage, a lot of it.
Anyway, my card now offers no usuable rewards. Only reason I still have it is because it's 5 years old. Pointless to close the account.
Thanks for the info. Will try calling tomorrow.
I've had my Barclay reward for 6 months and I give given it a lot of swipes a month maybe from 10 to 20 swipes a month (with every purchase being less than 100 on any trans),
Does Barclay consider this as " lot of usuage"? or do u have to buy a big ticket item at some point for them to consider that u r using it a lot?
I just got a 900 cli on my 1st 6th statement, bringing it to 2400, and I plan to keep my same spending habits as its gotton me a raise.

Thanks

As for your first question, I would say any usage is good usage. I don't think big ticket items are necessary when it comes to Barclay, if anything your method of swiping probably makes them more money in the end anyway (swipe fees, etc). On that note I'd say keep doing what you're doing (though its hard to say with any CCC whats right or wrong).
Second, its a long story, I started out with a Cap1 Plat rebuilder card, kept it for 3 years and PC'd it to a QS1, going from $300 to 2k took a lot more effort than it should have (calls and emails to EO). I closed the card out of anger (3 years with no CLI at that point) and changed my mind, called EO and got it re-opened (with advice from this forum) but it was after I opened another CAP1 Plat. That one started at 1k and I got a 6 month auto CLI to 1500, yet another call to EO got it raised 500 bucks up to $2000. I've had 1 for 3 years and one for about 10 months this month.

Was told it was impossible.
Since then, I only use the card to keep it active, about 3-4 times a year.
Does anyone know if it's possible to do a product change these days? Would rather not call if it's pointless.
There's been a number of posts with people being able to successfully PC to other Barclay cards, even to Sallie Mae. I think you'll have luck!

Thanks Bud......
This is my first post but I had to relay my experience...
JUST got off my 2nd call to Barclay for a product change on my apple card ($5500CL) and was told both times there was NO way I could change. They told me I should just apply for another card and cancel the current one... Nonsense! Not sure whether I should try again on a different shift...
If you don't already have a second barclays card you can very easily move credit lines between cards if you are worried about a low starting CL on a second one. I just was approved for the rewards mastercard avg credit on 6/22 for a small $500 CL. I wasn't happy with this. This was my first card with barclays BTW. Within two weeks and zero statements I was approved for the Apple finance visa instantly at $2,000. I know **bleep** barclays. Anyway they completely hassle free moved that 2K over to the rewards card. $500=>$2500 in two weeks total history with them and no HPs except the original app.

congrats... I have no idea why they refuse to move mine. I only have one Barclay card, started with $2000, increased to $5500
Someone mentioned PC to the Arrival +. Did you get your sign up bonus when you did that? I just got a US Airways card and I want the Arrival + in probably 6 months but I just assumed I'd open another card and close the US Airways
