What is the draw to credit cards from NFCU and USAA. They do not seem to offer very good rewards or intro bonuses. I am full members of both organizations, but have yet to get a card from them. It seems like the cards I have now offer better rewards.
Is the only benefit the chance at a higher limit?
I have no experience with NFCU but I am a full USAA member. I dont get much in the rewards but I just like their customer service and their website. It makes my bill easy to pay and view. They were also the first ones to offer me a credit card after my credit started to get better and thet gave me a decent limit. Those are probably the only reasons to get one.

Good service goes a long way. I am thinking about getting in with both banks just to start a good credit relathionship. Maybe someday they will offer top notch rewards.
Average rewards but double the credit line of most cards.
The best thing about both of these places is their lenient qualifying and large initial credit limits and clis. Judging solely by your siggy, you don't need these guys. Stick with the card that has the best of the rewards that you want.

Yeah, US Bank has been very lenient with me. That made other banks more trusting.
Although, I logged into my USAA account and they have me pre approved for an auto loan. US Bank didn't seem to want to offer me one. So, that is good news. If I need an auto loan, I know where to go.
insurance with them is pretty decent too. I am starting to look into their mortgages.

I am looking at switching all of my accounts over to them. Going to run quotes tomorrow.

I got a decent deal bundling my auto & home insurance with USAA.
Nice, I'm for sure going to look into. So far nobody has been able to touch the rates and service I have been getting from Safeco.
