I think all of those are within reach. You'll have to decide if you want to acquire the new accounts all at once (pretty big ding since your current AAoA is already low/young); the hit is temporary though. You could decide to spread it out if you want.
Whatever you do, I would be strategic with the order. The Arrival should probably come first since Barclay is inquiry sensitive, then the Chase. Not totally sure if it matters after those two. The Venture can be last; Capital One doesn't care about inquiries/new accounts much, it seems.

I would make one correction to your list w/regards to barclay's if OP doesn't have 1 years CC history most likely it would be a denial and would just avoid them overall depending if he does have a CC for at least a year... Barclay's isn't inquiry sensitive at least to me and other posters.. Granted they might take AA for whatever else, but just got approved for Aviator with 18 Inq on TU and slew of new accounts within last 6 months. Althoguh all profiles are different

Go big or go home.
NFCU
All the above, plus I'll add BoA let me in with $2500 at 1.5 year AAoA and just boosted my limit to $12K on a 695 TU in 90 days.
Discover let me in at $5500 and 90 days later took me to $11K
Chase gave me $5500 on FU, then 4 months later pre-qual'd me for $9K CSP.
Amex BCE has been slow to grow with me, but 90% of my inquiries have been on EX, so it may be spooking them.
NFCU is a great option if your eligible... the back door is shut for many of us however...
Chase unlimited is where I would go next. Great card and opens the door at chase for more credit cards.
Chase tends to like to see a year of revolving credit history and does not want to be first out of the gate for higher limits...
Id definitely check the preapprovals but you might be better off waiting a little bit for the chase card of your choice..
I see op getting the preapproval but end up with a lowish limit on it... least with either disco or amex. it can grow pretty quick then can app for a chase card.. and get a compariable limit
Just remember 5/24 regardless

What is the back door to qualifying for NFCU? Just curious.
Disco loves thin files. I love Disco deals and 1st year bonus.
