Absolutely call the overseas Credit Solutions phone number for best results. I am not sure if you need to HUCA between cards.
For me, best bet is calling Credit Solutions, a quick and painless, mostly haha, 5 minute phone call. They usually have the freshest review of your credit and within 2 or 3 minutes of placing you on hold, come back with either an approval, denial or counter. Remember it best not to have your TU frozen as it may complicate things.
Some have luck with the button, i rately do, while others chat. Lol, i will say as a tale of caution i once chatted for an increase on Amazon and not only did i not get the increase they actually hp'd me on EX!. Yeah, AJC no likey chatty

They're an existing creditor so having things locked hopefully shouldn't complicate it too much. I don't recall anyone experiencing a HP from calling CS (Joe's was from chat).
